MINI-COURSE
Reduce overwhelm and get unstuck.
This is a short, text-based mini-course for multi-passionate people who want to begin moving again without trying to fix everything at once.
Establish one tiny habit you can build on to start reducing overwhelm, without narrowing your interests or committing to a system.

About the course
If you live with more ideas than time, you may already know the feeling: no matter how organized you try to be, there’s always too much you care about to manage effectively. Overwhelm is never far away, and paralysis often follows.
This short, text-based course is about doing something deliberately small in response to that reality. Not a reset. Not a system. Just a minimal practice that reduces cognitive load and makes movement possible again — without narrowing your interests or forcing decisions earlier than necessary.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Who is this for?
This mini-course is for you if:
You have many parallel interests and responsibilities
You feel overwhelmed more by volume than by lack of motivation
You want to start building habits without committing to a full system
You prefer something light, provisional, and reversible
It may not be a good fit if:
You’re looking for a complete productivity framework
You’re looking for step-by-step daily instructions
You’re looking for accountability or enforcement
You’re looking for a way to narrow your life down to one focus
This course is especially useful if you feel stuck not because you lack motivation, but because you care about too many meaningful things at once.
What This Course Offers
This course doesn’t offer a productivity system or a set of techniques to follow. Instead, it helps you establish a few light, reliable habits that:
reduce the feeling of carrying everything in your head
make it easier to choose what to do in the moment
restore movement without requiring you to resolve competing priorities
The emphasis throughout is on restraint. Everything is intentionally small enough to survive real life.
What This Course Is Not
This is not a comprehensive way of managing your time.
It does not promise balance, completion, or clarity across all areas of life.
It’s a starting point—a way of stabilizing things enough that you can decide what, if anything, you want to build next.
How This Course Is Structured
The course consists of five short modules, designed to be taken in order. Each one introduces a small habit or perspective that makes the next module easier to absorb.
You can read through the course quickly if you want, but it’s designed to be lived with slowly.

Looking Ahead (Optional)
For some people, these practices in this course will be enough.
Others may eventually find that they want more structure—around planning, routines, longer projects, or neglected aspirations—without losing the flexibility that makes this approach workable.
I’m actively exploring what that next layer might look like in my own life, and I expect that work to take shape gradually, with input from others rather than in isolation.
If you’re interested in being part of that exploration—not as a customer waiting for a finished system, but as someone who wants to experiment and reflect alongside me—you’re welcome to reach out.
